Since March 29 th, 2018 Lenoir Services joined the Visotec group, one of the three main
world providers of signs deployment.

Historically based in Orvault in the surroundings of Nantes, where the Group have an
industrial site of 27,000 square meters, VISOTEC also operates a factory of 24,000 square
meters in Poland and is present in Russia with a joint venture.

As a global player, VISOTEC relies on a network of partners in the main regions of the
world. VISOTEC’s expertise is mainly based on distribution networks in automobile, oil,
bank, insurance and mass retails markets. The Group employ 600 staff for a turnover of
60 million euros.

By joining VISOTEC offer, Lenoir Services build its capacity to serve major brands
networks with a unique geographical proximity on both national and international scale.
Those main assets contribute to bring a major industrial capacity and service network to
respond to large international deployments.

The very strong complementarity of the two companies will allow to provide all customers
of the Group a strong service quality. It will also allow to respond to specific needs all
along the life of their projects, from the technical setting of their brand image to
maintenance solutions of their signs.
